All products returned must be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Return Postage will not be refunded.
If we determine a product has been used or delibrately damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Faulty/Damaged Returns:
If you receive a product that is Damaged or Faulty, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In this case we’ll a) send a replacement b) ask for the product to be returned and we’ll refund your original delivery charge and the return cost (at standard rate) when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Refunds will usually take 3-5 working days to be processed after we receive the item back.
